Quick answerThe wrong result usually means a C1 or C2 drawable, texture, gender or category was incorrect, or the donor and texture sides were reversed.
What should you compare?
- Correct character gender and category
- Exact C1 and C2 drawables
- Exact texture on the texture-supplying side
- Correct donor side
- Current component list and save timing
Tops and hats normally use the C1 texture. Masks normally use the C2 texture. If the model is correct but the colour is wrong, check the texture side before changing both components.
Can another outfit part cause the problem?
Yes. A wrong bag or parachute can interfere with components in methods that use one. Saving too late can also leave an older outfit state. Test an exact result such as male top 324 / 9 or male mask 169 / 25 before substituting anything.
Question
Appearance is not enough. It may use another internal drawable or texture even when it looks almost identical.
